Terms and Conditions

The Artist retains all rights to the commissioned Asset and the process of it. The rights of the Asset can be negotiated for an additional cost.

The Artist reserves the right to display the Asset anywhere he considers relevant, such as personal galleries, websites and social networks, as well as including it in art books.

The Client may not profit from the Asset in any way, including the sale of prints, merchandise, the original file, or rights to the Asset.

You do not have the right to resell or edit the content delivered. (Unless otherwise stated) - For example: You cannot use the Asset to create merchandise and sell it.

The prices mentioned in each commission are not valid for any commercial work, this also includes video games.

Unless otherwise discussed, I will have the right to broadcast the commissioned work process on my twitch channel and other social media.

I reserve the right to reject any commission without justification.

I will not create Assets for non-fungible tokens (NFTs), cryptocurrencies, or blockchains.

Use or resell the Assets or Derivative Works for anything other than your own personal use.

Claim the Assets or Derivative Works as your own.

Use the Assets or Derivative Works in a logo, trademark, or service brand.

Use, sell, share, transfer, sublicense or redistribute the Assets or Derivative Works.

Use the Assets or Derivative Works to "promote" crowdfunding campaigns, other than for trailers or screenshots explicitly taken within their standard use for social media.

Use the Assets or Derivative Works in any product that makes use of blockchain technologies, NFTs, or derivatives.

Any and all intellectual property rights to the Asset are and remain the property of the Artist.

Any and all intellectual property rights to Derivative Works will be owned by Artist.

The base price will ALWAYS be subject to a possible additional fee depending on the complexity of the Asset, as well as any addition of objects or other characters.

Payment only through PayPal

Payment must be made within the next 10 days once the commission proposal is accepted and the PayPal receipt is sent.

Full payment is required before starting work, I will not start work until payment is received - In case of some very detailed/large work, we can negotiate for a payment, for example, 50% at the beginning and 50% at the end.

I will not accept refunds once the commission process has started. Please make sure you are completely sure about this before contacting me.

If the Client wishes to cancel his commission before the work begins, the Artist will retain 5% of the commission payment.

During the sketch stage, 50% can be refunded. No refunds will be issued during the polishing stage or after the commission ends.

In the case event that the Artist is NOT able to provide/finish the asset for any reason, the Client will receive a 100% refund.

If there is a case where the Client files a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have done for you will be withdrawn.

Once the payment has been received, the Artist has a period of up to TWO MONTHS to deliver the Asset, see the "Effective Date" to find out the date.

If the Asset is needed before a deadline, it is important to tell me about it and so I can tell you whether or not I am able to meet that deadline.

Client inactivity: if you make a payment (either full or partial), as already mentioned, I will start working on your Asset. If during this process I contact you with questions but do not receive a response, this ensures a delay in my progress. Your commission will remain in the queue but you will miss your projected completion date.

All my pixel art is done in Aseprite.

Due to pixel art nature, colors will be adjusted to fit a limited palette, details will be simplified, and canvas sizes may vary.

Regularly it takes me a short time to finish a work depending on its complexity, although the term is two months, I don't usually take more than 1-2 weeks.

I am a real person with real life obligations; Events and emergencies may arise from time to time. While delays are never my goal, they can happen!

I will always try to complete the commission as quickly as possible and in order of purchase. If I find myself busy in any way or something unforeseen arises I plan to let you know as soon as possible.

I am always willing to learn something new; If the subject matter is unfamiliar to me, I will work with you from concept to completion to make your commission ideal!

It is the sole legal and exclusive owner of each and every one of the intellectual property rights of each Asset.

The Asset does not infringe the rights of any third party.

The Asset does not intentionally contain viruses or other computer code, files or programs that are designed to limit or destroy the functionality of other computer software or hardware.
